In order to maintain quality property management operation, we believe that the standard operating procedure (SOP) and key performance Index (KPI) must be assessed from time to time to gauge the performance level of service contractors, vendors as well as property managers. To achieve that, we have adopted SOP & KPI into our operation which has indeed proven to be a powerful tool in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of overall property management performance.
All SOPs and KPIs are established based on requirements and working consultation with our clients. After a careful study, our team will establish SOPs and KPIs for respective areas. Subsequently, the SOPs and KPIs will be cascaded to the site staff for implementation and working collectively towards the objective determined by our clients. PMC
