PMC Facilities & Real Estate Sdn Bhd formerly known as PMC Property Services was established in the year 2012 and has managed more than 80 projects in Malaysia.

Who We Are

PMC has been incorporated to suit the present and future services encompassing property management services, property consultancy services, and real estate agency services.

PMC is a licensed property consultancy company registered under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. It is bound by the Rules and Regulation, Guidelines and Code of Conduct set by the Board to provide professional services to clients and to uphold clients’ interest.

PMC is run by a group of young, energetic, and experienced entrepreneurs. Members of the company are professionals and graduates from relevant disciplines including valuers, property managers and estate agents.

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Puah Chee Keong

Paul Puah Chee Keong, who had actively involve in the setting up of PMC Property Services, holds a Master Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the reputable Heriot Watt University, Scotland, and a Diploma in Valuation and Property Management from University Technology of Malaysia.

Paul has 20 years of experience in managing wide range of properties and facilities. His extensive experience comprehends the full spectrum of property management, asset and facilities management as well as property investment advisory and operation. His collective management portfolios experience inclusive of Class A office buildings, retail properties, luxury condominiums, commercials/ business parks, townships, apartments and lands.

Upon his graduation in 1994, Paul started his property management career with CH Williams Talhar & Wong. In 2000, he joined Sunrise Berhad as a condominium manager to manage some of the high-end condominium developments in Mont Kiara.

During his tenure with Sunrise Berhad, Paul has led some of the properties under his management portfolio in winning the state and national level property management related awards. He was also awarded the Best Condominium Manager 2001.

Paul later joined IJM Berhad as Property Manager, managing a flagship luxury condominium development as well as the company’s commercial and retail properties.

Prior to the joining of PMC Property Services, Paul held the senior managerial position in Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, one of the leading property development companies in Malaysia which is well known for its luxury and innovative products. He led the property and asset management department, and managed the company’s properties and assets. Other than the implementation and ensuring the smooth running of the asset and facilities, he was also in charge of the group’s leasing activity to ensure optimum return for all the group’s investment properties.

Operation Director

Nurdeen Fazwi Muhd Nawawi

Nurdeen, graduated from University Technology Malaysia, with Bachelor Degree in Property Management, he is also a registered member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents.Upon his graduation, he started his property management career with CH William Talk & Wong (WTW), he was later offered to serve the government of Malaysia in the valuation and property management department, Ministry of Finance Malaysia from 2001 to 2008. He was selected by government to be trained as the plant and machinery valuer, and he was seconded to an established firm in Wellington New Zealand. Upon returning to Malaysia, he was assigned to work with National Property Information Center (NAPIC) based in Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur.After obtaining his Valuer License, he decided to venture into private practice and he was attached with DTZ Malaysia from 2008 to 2010. He then ventured with a foreign property investment company based in Hong Kong in managing their investment property in Malaysia, these properties are mainly high-end stratified developments varies from residential to industrial properties. Before he joined PMC, he was attached with local development company managing their residential and commercial properties with total let-table space of more than 2 millions sf.Nurdeen is a registered member of Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agency and he is also a member of Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia and he is the sub-committee members of property management division under the institution for the year 2016 to 2017.
Valuation Director

Leong Chai Yean

Leong Chai Yean is the valuation director of PMC Facilities & Real Estate Sdn Bhd. She graduated with a Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons) from the University of Malaya. She joined Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd after graduating in 2004 and has become a registered valuer and estate agent in 2008 and was subsequently promoted as Khong & Jaafar’s Ipoh Branch Manager.
She is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), a Registered Valuer and Estate Agents of Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia, and also a member of Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS).
She has over fourteen years of experiences in real estate valuation, estate agency and property management. She has been involved in valuations and feasibility study for many major property developments in Malaysia and overseas, compulsory land acquisitions, valuation for Securities Commission Malaysia as well as corporate exercises.

Kimberley Pang Ching Ling

Kimberley holds a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science in Property from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia. She has working experience with Knight Frank Malaysia whereby she was responsible in monitoring trends in the property market as well as producing market-leading reports which include the Knight Frank Real Estate Highlights, The Edge Office Monitor as well as market observation for REIT Annual Reports. Whilst she was with Knight Frank Malaysia, she was also responsible in providing various consultancy services i.e. conducting market studies and market feasibility studies for mixed developments projects, residential projects and commercial projects for clients ranging from developers, financial institutions, investors and government organizations. She was also involved in the commercial leasing team, valuation and property management support team, project marketing team as well retail consultancy team whilst with Knight Frank Malaysia. Prior to joining Knight Frank Malaysia, she was involved in sales and leasing as well as tenancy management with Vantage Point Realty in Melbourne, Australia.

Kimberley currently heads the Kuching branch and oversees the day to day operations of all the developments in Kuching. She also conducts market studies and market feasibility studies for various projects. She is a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia, and also a member of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers and Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents.


Lew Chee Cheng

Lew Chee Cheng has been the General Manager at PMC Facilities and Real Estate Sdn Bhd since 2017. He began his career as a valuation executive with WTW in year 1994 after obtaining Diploma in Valuation; in year 1996 he further pursued in University Technology Malaysia and completed his Bachelor Degree in Land Administration and Development. Upon graduation, he began to further his career in property management and hospitality industry. Lew later joined TA Global 2007 as Operation Manager, his experience stems from managing office building, condominium and gate guarded community, he also involved in the operation of shopping mall during his employment with APM Premier Project Sdn Bhd in year 2012. He also obtained his Master of Business (MBA) from University of Derby on the same year.

Syahirah Binti Ismail

Syahirah graduated fro University Utara Malaysia with Bachelor in Accountancy and she is the member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant. Before joining PMC, She held senior managerial position in public listed company and several reputable developers. Such as MRCB, NAZATTDI, GLOMAC.

Nurhafizah Bt Alias

Nurhafizah graduated and obtained her Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from UIA Malaysia. Since her graduation, she had embarked into property management industry and experienced in various type of property development.

Before she joins PMC, she worked for few established property developer, property management company as well as Joint Management Body and Management Corporation. She handled account for various type of development and has vast experience in accounting software and property management software.
