We source properties that match clients’ accommodation needs, followed by property viewings arranged by our EXPATS division.
During viewings, we guide clients through key details such as proximity to their office, schools, medical centers, banks, and essential amenities.
Assist with negotiation on rental as well as client's wishlist items with the landlord.
If required, to assist clients with the connection of their Internet, phone and Cable TV Subscriptions.
We offer value-added services upon request, including pool and garden maintenance, gas connection, air conditioning servicing, and professional cleaning.
We assist with the move-in process, including documenting property condition, meter readings, existing damages, and operation manuals.
We assist with the client’s move-out process by recording damages, coordinating deposit refunds, and advising on steps needed before handing the property back to the landlord. A pre-inspection is conducted at least two weeks before the move-out date.
